By placing an order, you are deemed to have agreed to the Terms and Conditions below.

​1. Customers are strongly encouraged to check on measurement and sizes before making a reservation.

2. Customers are strongly encouraged to visit myLittleTux premises for fitting before making a reservation (kindly contact myLittleTux for a fitting appointment).

3. Colours of the actual product may sometimes differ slightly due to monitor settings/lightings/angle etc.

4. Full payment of the rental fee is required to secure your reservation of the apparels.

5. Booking fee is not refundable on cancellation or non-collection.

6. A refundable deposit is required, in addition to the rental fee, to cover costs in the event of loss or damage to hired items. Deposit will be collected when you pick up their apparels.

7. The apparels and accessories rented are not to be altered in any way.

8. myLittleTux reserves the rights to forfeit the refund of deposit if apparels are returned in a damaged or excessively stained condition. Loss of, or damage to apparels and accessories will be charged at the repair and / or full replacement cost.

9. myLittleTux reserves the rights to impose Late Return Fee (rate equivalent to the rental fee) for any delay in returning the rented items.

10. In an event of the reserved apparels was loss or damaged by the customer prior to your booking, myLittleTux reserves the rights to offer a replacement or provide a refund of your booking fee.

 

11. All items are for self-collection / self-return unless otherwise stated.

 

All listed products prices are in SGD and nett unless otherwise stated (e.g. promotion, etc).
